How much is professional photography?
Professional Photography is a $299 + HST add-on, and it is included at no extra charge in the Ultimate package. You can also upload your own photos — up to 50 on a sale listing.
Is it available in my area?
Professional photography is subject to photographer availability in the seller's region. If a photographer is not available in your area under the Ultimate package, List It provides a $100 + HST credit plus professional-style photography instructions so your listing still looks its best.
What about large properties?
Properties over 3,500 square feet may have additional charges given the extra time on site. We confirm any such charge with you before booking.
Do you include video or a virtual tour?
No. The photography add-on covers professional still photographs. It does not include video or a virtual tour.
How should I prepare?
Declutter and clean, turn on every light, open blinds for natural light, tidy the yard and entry, hide bins, pets and personal items, and leave the day-of schedule flexible so the photographer can catch the best light.
