How to get your home on REALTOR.ca — without paying commission
REALTOR.ca doesn't take listings from the public. It takes them from MLS® systems, which only licensed brokerages can access. Here's exactly how Ontario owners use a flat-fee brokerage to get there for $549 + HST.
The 5 steps, start to live

The $549 Virtual MLS® Listing is the core. Add the Interboard upgrade, a CMA, offer handling, or a DirectConnect™ QR yard sign if you want them — all flat-priced.

Our online intake walks you through every field the real estate board requires — property details, inclusions, taxes, photos (up to 40). No forms to decipher.

We place the MLS® listing

REALTOR.ca questions, answered
Can I list on REALTOR.ca myself, without a brokerage?
No. REALTOR.ca only displays listings that come from a Canadian MLS® system, and MLS® systems are only accessible to licensed brokerages. The flat-fee route exists precisely for this: a licensed brokerage (us) places your listing on MLS® for a flat fee, and it syndicates to REALTOR.ca — no percentage commission, and you stay in control of your sale.
How much does it cost to get on REALTOR.ca in Ontario?
Through List It Realty, $549 + HST for a 12-month MLS® listing that syndicates to REALTOR.ca — for sales or rentals. Optional add-ons (Interboard upgrade, CMA, offer handling, QR yard sign) are individually priced.
What do I need to provide to get listed?
Your property details (our guided intake collects everything the board requires), photos (up to 40), government ID for verification, and your signature on the listing agreement — all handled online. We prepare the board paperwork and place the listing.
How fast will my listing appear on REALTOR.ca?
Once your intake is complete and the listing agreement is signed, the listing goes to the MLS® system, and REALTOR.ca picks it up from there — typically shortly after the MLS® listing is live.
Can I make changes after it's live?
Yes — price changes, new photos, and description updates are included. Send the change and we process it through the board.
