The seller accepts, declines or counters. Every round is tracked with a clear history — no phone tag, no lost paperwork.

3 · Go firm

When both sides agree, the deal is firm and both parties are notified instantly.

4 · We paper it

Our brokerage prepares the Agreement of Purchase & Sale, sends it for e-signature, and routes it to both lawyers — a flat drafting fee, split however you like.
