Rental listing questions
How much does it cost to list my rental?
One flat fee — $549 for Basic or $749 for Premium (limited-time, reg. $849). No percentage commission, no monthly fees for the listing.
What tenant screening is included?
A full suite via LandlordEzy™: Equifax credit report, verified ID and employment, pay-stub and bank validation, landlord references, and an LTB database search for prior judgments or evictions.
What does the Legal Guarantee cover?
Non-payment of rent, including N4/L1 preparation and LTB representation, plus re-listing support if an eviction occurs — 3 months on Basic, 12 months on Premium. Terms apply (see above).
Do I have to use LandlordEzy™?
Yes — Legal Guarantee coverage requires rent reporting and tenant communication through LandlordEzy™, which is included free for 12 months.
