How much does a flat-fee MLS listing cost in Ontario?
There are two packages, both for a 12-month term: the Essential MLS® Listing at $549 and the Ultimate Money-Back Guarantee Package at $999 (both + HST). Every package includes the MLS® listing, REALTOR.ca exposure, up to 50 seller-supplied photos, and unlimited updates. With Essential you can add an MLS® Interboard Listing Upgrade ($199), Offer-to-Closing Support ($399), a DirectConnect™ QR Yard Sign ($89) and AI Virtual Staging ($100). The Ultimate package includes Offer-to-Closing Support, the QR yard sign, a Public-Data Listing-Price Estimate and the conditional Full Money-Back Guarantee, with the Interboard upgrade discounted to $129.
Is flat-fee MLS legal in Ontario?
Yes. Flat-fee ("mere posting") MLS® listings are a recognized listing arrangement in Canada. Your listing is placed by List It Realty Brokerage Inc., a licensed Ontario real estate brokerage, and complies with the rules of the MLS® system it is posted to.
Do I still pay a buyer's agent commission?
That's your choice. You decide what buyer-agent compensation (if any) to offer when we set up your listing. Many sellers offer a competitive amount to attract agents with buyers; others offer little or none and work with unrepresented buyers directly.

How long does it take to get on REALTOR.ca?
Once your listing details, photos, and signed paperwork are in, your listing is typically live on MLS® shortly after processing, and syndicates to REALTOR.ca from there.
