Ontario's MLS® is a network of local boards. If your buyers search a board we're not on by default, the MLS® Interboard Listing Upgrade puts your listing there too — for a flat $199 + HST.
Home board vs. local board
Every flat-fee listing goes on our home board and syndicates to REALTOR.ca, where the public searches. Agents, though, often work inside their own local board's MLS®. If your property is in a region served by a different board, interboarding makes sure those local agents see it in the system they use every day.

Interboard listings — common questions
What is an MLS® interboard listing?
Ontario has many local real estate boards, each running its own MLS® system. Your listing is entered on our home board; an interboard upgrade also enters it on another board that covers where your property is, so agents and buyers working on that board see it in their local MLS®.
Do I need it?
Only if your property sits in — or draws buyers from — an area served by a different board than our home board. If your local buyers and their agents search a board we are not on by default, interboarding puts your listing in front of them. If not, it adds little.
What does it cost?
The MLS® Interboard Listing Upgrade is $199 + HST, added at checkout. It is included in the Premium Marketing and Ultimate packages.
Does it create a second REALTOR.ca listing?
No. REALTOR.ca shows one listing per property. Interboarding is about which local MLS® boards carry your listing for agent access — it does not create a duplicate public listing.
Which areas usually need it?
It depends on where our home board reaches versus where your property and its likely buyers are. Tell us the address and we will tell you whether interboarding is worth it for you — we will not sell you an upgrade you do not need.
