These terms govern your use of listitmls.ca and the services of List It Realty Brokerage Inc., a licensed Ontario real estate brokerage.

Services

We provide flat-fee MLS® listing services and optional add-ons as described on our Packages page. Specific deliverables and pricing are confirmed at onboarding.

Fees & payments

Flat fees and add-on prices are as listed and are payable via Stripe. Applicable taxes (HST) are added at checkout. Fees are for the services described and are generally non-refundable once a listing is prepared or published.

Seller responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos you provide, for property access and showings, and for reviewing all documents before signing.

Regulatory compliance

All listings are handled in accordance with applicable Ontario real estate law and the rules of the relevant real estate board.
