Offer-to-Closing Support — common questions

What is Offer-to-Closing Support?

It is licensed, hands-on help for the part of a sale that matters most: preparing your offers and counteroffers, negotiating on your behalf, holding the deposit in our brokerage trust account, handling the compliance paperwork and coordinating with your lawyer straight through to a successful closing. It is included in the Ultimate — Full Money-Back Guarantee package.

How much does it cost?

Offer-to-Closing Support is a $399 service, and it is included in the Ultimate package at no extra charge. When it is provided as a standalone service the fee is charged only on a successful closing — never upfront.

Is the buyer-agent commission included?

The actual buyer-agent commission is optional, negotiated separately and not included in the package price.

Who holds my deposit?

When a deposit applies, it is held in List It Realty Brokerage Inc.'s trust account in accordance with Ontario's Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA) and RECO requirements, then disbursed on closing with the rest of the authorized funds.

Do I still need a lawyer?

Yes. Every Ontario sale closes through a real estate lawyer who handles the title transfer and the funds. Offer-to-Closing Support coordinates with your lawyer; it does not replace them.
