Listing Refresh — common questions
What is a Listing Refresh?
A Listing Refresh re-energizes a listing that has been on the market a while and gone quiet — updating and re-presenting it so it shows up fresh to buyers and agents again, where the applicable board and MLS® rules permit. It is a $199 + HST add-on.
When can I use it?
Anytime after your listing has been active for 60 days. That is usually the point where an unchanged listing starts to feel stale to buyers who have already scrolled past it. It is included at no charge in the Ultimate package.
Does it reset "days on market"?
What a refresh can and cannot change depends on the rules of your specific MLS® board — some things are governed and can't be gamed. We do what the board rules genuinely allow to give your listing renewed visibility, and we are straight with you about what that is.
Is it the same as changing my price?
No — though a price change is often the most powerful refresh of all. A Listing Refresh is about presentation and renewed exposure; your one free price change per month is a separate lever. Used together they give a stalled listing a genuine second wind.
